Excellent customer service. Without a doubt the best aviation part I have purchased.
Customer Service is far superior… with an excellent record of resolving … technical issues.
[I chose EI because of its] Reputation and value.
All looks very nice. [I chose E.I. because of] previous experience.
Nice product and good product support!
I have never had an issue with any EI products… it looks fantastic on the panel.
Sharp-looking gauges. [I chose EI because of your] reputation.
Great service. [I replaced/upgraded] unit in aircraft.
Sales reps have been very friendly and helpful.
The FP-5l I had installed is easy to use and so accurate it’s almost scary. When I find a company that produces a product that good I stick with them. The fact that these instruments also look so darn good didn’t hurt either.
Installing [EI’s FP-5L] in my RV 6. . . owned an FP-5L 6 years ago in a Cessna 206 on floats in a commercial operation in Alaska. Getting every ounce of payload, and coming home across Cook Inlet with the Cessna gas gauges near or on empty, I spent a lot of time explaining the benefits of the Fuel flow gauge… and reassured my passengers there were 12 gallons of fuel on board. I’m a believer…
Good engineering support.
