An Engine Monitor is only as good as its probes. That’s why Electronics International (EI) has taken the development of its probes, connectors, and accessories very seriously. I was able to try out the CGR-30P in a flight school plane. I was very impressed with the ease of use, visual quality, and information provided on the main screen… I feel it will pay for itself in fuel savings, and extended engine time before overhaul.

Just about to begin flying with the EI MVP-50P, so no in-flight feedback yet. But I did study the user manual, then sat in my plane going through the screens, menus, etc. It was very easy and intuitive to locate everything, so I’m confident that it will become second nature to do this in flight… Very happy with all interactions with EI.
