I won a FP-[5]L and had it installed in my c150. I was/am impressed with the accuracy and ease of operation of the FP. I wanted a new tach and I trust (and verified) that the EI R-1… would be my best choice. I am not a rich man. These instruments are affordable and incredibly accurate. I installed a VA-1A Volts/Amps Insturment [sic] in my 1970 V35B to replace the original analog amp meter. What a great dual purpose digital gauge! Installation was simple and the product is very well made. It goes well next to my SuperClock I installed a couple of years ago. EI makes great products and this one will satisfy the most discriminating owner.
